Sabal Trust, Investing In Tampa Bay Charities
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Sabal Trust continues to support local Tampa Bay charities through sponsorships of major fundraising events and donations in lieu of holiday gifts. Over the past several years, Sabal has shown a dedication to helping others in our community including St. Anthony’s Hospital Auxillary, CASA, Museum of Fine Arts and American Stage. In 2006, this tradition continues. Sabal has already committed a significant portion of revenues to sponsor the following events in 2006:
- Boy Scout Golden Eagle Dinner
- St. Petersburg Bar Foundation “Heroes Among Us” Event, Silver Sponsor
- All Children’s Hospital Charity Ball, 7.5 carat sponsor
- Children’s Dream Fund, Tropicana field, Grand Slam sponsors
- Hillsborough County Bar 20th Annual Judicial Reception at Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center
- Taste of Tampa Bay at Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, dessert and coffee sponsor
- Magnolia Ball for H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation
- YMCA Businesses Building Better Community luncheon
- Temple Beth-El Art Show
In addition, Sabal presented holiday donation checks to the following charities in honor of their clients and associates:
- Children’s Dream Fund
- The Free Clinic
- H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation
- Neighborly Senior Services/ Meals on Wheels
- Salvation Army
- YMCA
In speaking about the decision to support charitable events for Tampa Bay area charities, Kim Early, Director of Marketing commented, “Giving back to our community is second nature at Sabal Trust.
